The topic of the first get-together is - in addition to the presentation of the programme for the coming months - an outlook on current German-language contemporary drama and its representation in the context of various festivals in spring and summer 2022.
DIALOGRAUM is an online exchange format for all translators from and into German. Each meeting is dedicated to a topic - selected guests or colleagues from the circle of translators provide impulses for the subsequent discussion. The spectrum of topics includes questions about contemporary drama, the representation of the theatre scene in individual countries, concrete questions from translation projects, current discourses in the theatre world, information about festivals or networks and much more - suggestions, ideas and commitment are welcome.
