Das Symposium versuchte, die europaweite Debatte zur künstlerischen
Mobilität und den Disbalancen zwischen Ost und West besonders
aus dem Blick von Künstlern und Veranstaltern aus Ost- und
Mitteleuropa zu stimulieren. Ausgangspunkt und Schluss bildeten
zwei öffentliche Debatten, der Schwerpunkt lag jedoch auf den
Arbeitsbegegnungen im Kreis der Künstler, Produktionshäuser
und Netzwerker.
In the framework of the festival the symposium planned to enrich
the Europe-wide debate about artistic mobility and its disbalances
stimuli and questions. Opening and closing of the debates were linked
to two public debates but the main focus was given to the working
groups.
