irrungenLene, eine Wäscherin, liebt Botho, einen adligen Offizier der Königlich-Preußischen Garde. Das Gefühl zwischen den beiden stimmt, aber der Standesunterschied schwebt über ihnen.  Botho heiratet schließlich Käthe – hübsch, aus gutem Hause, uninteressant. Die Trennung von Lene ist besiegelt. Jahre später haben sich beide in die gesellschaftliche Ordnung eingepasst... 

SASCHA BUNGE, geboren 1969.  Als Regisseur inszeniert(e) er u. a. am Schauspiel Leipzig, am Stadttheater Pforzheim, am Theater Aachen, am Thalia Theater Halle, am Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin, am Hebbel am Ufer (HAU) sowie für das Deutsche Staatstheater Timisoara/Rumänien. Am Festspielhaus Dresden-Hellerau war er Produzent und am projekttheater dresden Künstlerischer Direktor. Seit dem 1. August 2005 ist Sascha Bunge am THEATER AN DER PARKAUE Oberspielleiter und stellvertretender Intendant.
